Formerly a training boat at Plas Menai as Blue Rusher, then raced at Scarborough YC as White Wolf, then since I bought her in 2019 I’ve sailed about 400 nm mostly day sailing and cruising in the Humber.
Overall condition: the hull, spars, standing and running rigging and foils are in sound good condition. All hardware like blocks, cleats and jammers are working fine. Keel is sound and joint is bone dry.
Class standard apart from the transom mounted outboard bracket (removable).
Main sails and jib are fair so will need replacing if you want to compete , otherwise fine for cruising. Spinnaker is Ok for racing. Comes with three mains , one jib, a spare training spinnaker which is about 30 percent smaller.
Bottom is antifouled with Seajet 015 primer and 033 Shogun black, good for another year. I just treated the rudder again Dec 2021. Boat is fully rewired, winches serviced, vang pulleys serviced, Tohatsu M3.5B2 has been fully rebuilt with new top crank bearing, carb service parts, plug and runs reliably and well in all conditions. Interior is bare.
The only faults with this boat are the sails, and the deck/seats gel coat could do with a sand and polish, will need some minor filling and TopLac applying over some hairline cracks. You might want to replace the main halyard. The other halyards are OK and look like 8mm dyneema. The compass has no oil and I haven’t found a way to top it up. The rubbing strake looks tired and could do with replacing.
